After his surgery, Mani had to wear a sock to stop him from gnawing at his stitches. It was a sad time for him as he couldn't go out and he was depressed and was wearing a woolly sock for a sweater. When we took him back to the vet to have his stitches taken out, the nurse said "we couldn't get his sweater back on" and I thought it was very nice to call it a sweater when it was very clearly two woolly socks sewn together.
