Engineers Chilis

These are some of the big red chilis we grew in our garden this summer. They dried in the window and we ground them up into chili powder. They are so spicy! Even a pinch of the chili powder lights up a dish. We saved some seeds for planting next year, but apparently chilis have a tendency to hybrid, so who knows what we'll end up with when the seeds sprout in the spring!
We really enjoyed the chilis this year so they're definitely going to be in our garden plan for next year. Don't be surprised if you get chili-themed gifts!
