Mrs Choi gave me a bag of seasoned Korean-style bulgogi meat last night (as she is wont to do) and I am cooking it up with some rice for lunch today. Its delicious and familiar smell has been making my mouth water for the last few minutes - I find myself wanting to try a piece even if it is not cooked yet, just like back in Korea at the meat grill! Fantastic.
